Chains

Glint covers four chains today. Each has its own scoring path, its own quality gate, and its own definition of risk.

At a glance

BASE
Spot DEX swaps on the major Base venues, paired with WETH or USDC. Standard momentum-plus-smart-money scoring. Fastest chain in the lineup so signals fire quickly.
ETHEREUM
Spot activity on Uniswap V2 and V3, same WETH / USDC pairing rule. Same scoring as Base but tuned for the slower base layer (longer momentum windows, fewer micro-cap signals).
SOLANA
Pump.fun end to end. Pre-graduation bonding curve tokens and post-graduation Raydium / PumpSwap tokens both feed the same engine. Scored on mcap velocity, reserves growth, and proximity to all-time-high.
HYPERLIQUID
Perp markets only. Reads funding rate flips, open interest, trade velocity. Each signal carries a LONG or SHORT direction badge based on the 24h mark move with funding sign as tiebreaker.

Base

The primary chain. Spot DEX swaps streamed live, scored on momentum and wallet diversity combined with smart-money flow.

Quality gate: a token must be paired with WETH or USDC, have at least 15 swaps in the last hour, and at least 5 unique buyer wallets in that same window. Tokens that are themselves WETH or USDC are obviously allowed through as the quote side.

Risk tiers: LOW if liquidity is over $250k and there is whale flow. MEDIUM if liquidity is $50-250k with whale flow. HIGH if liquidity is under $50k or whale flow is absent on a thin book.

Ethereum

Same shape as Base, different venue mix (Uniswap V2 and V3, SushiSwap V2). Block times are longer so the momentum window is wider; fewer total signals fire per day than on Base but each one carries more weight.

Quality gate and risk tiers follow the same rules as Base.

Solana (pump.fun)

The most volatile surface. We bypass the on-chain swap stream for now and read directly from pump.fun's public API, snapshotting the top movers every 60 seconds. The scorer then computes mcap velocity, real-SOL-reserves growth, and how close the token is to its all-time-high.

Quality gate: mcap between $20k and $2M, last trade inside the past hour, at least two snapshots collected so the engine can measure velocity rather than just absolute mcap.

Sweet spot: $100-500k mcap in the approach-breakout zone (70-95% of ATH). A backtest across the first 381 calls showed this band hit a 34-52% winner rate (signals that went on to +20% peak or better), versus essentially 0% above $5M mcap. The scorer rewards that band explicitly.

Risk tiers: LOW only for tokens inside the sweet spot. MEDIUM for the rest of the $100k-$1M band. HIGH for micro caps under $100k, large caps over $1M, and tokens deep in ATH retracement.

Hyperliquid

The only perps venue. Glint reads asset contexts live: mark price, funding rate, open interest, and 24h notional volume. We also stream raw trades to measure trade velocity.

Quality gate: a coin must have at least 50 trades in the last hour. Below that the book is too thin to trust a momentum signal.

Direction: every HL signal carries a LONG or SHORT tag. The primary input is the sign of the 24h mark move. When the move is near zero, the funding rate sign acts as tiebreaker (negative funding biases long, positive biases short).

Risk tiers: driven by 24h notional volume. LOW above $10M, MEDIUM between $1M and $10M, HIGH below $1M (thin book is dangerous regardless of momentum).

What is not covered (yet)

BSC, Arbitrum, and other EVM L2s are technically supported by the underlying stack and could be turned on quickly. They are not enabled yet because the smart-money wallet list would need per-chain seeding to give meaningful whale-flow scores. On the roadmap.
